The traditional supply agency model is broken. Every pound diverted into corporate profit, high-street office overheads, and inflated introduction fees is a pound stolen from the resources needed to support pupils.
By utilising our bespoke, fully automated digital portal to slash administrative overheads, we operate on a disruptive flat 10% service fee. We pass those savings directly to schools while ensuring our teachers are paid fairly for the essential work they do.
